Service Agreement
1.Oasis k9 adventures agrees to provide dog walking services in a reliable, caring and trustworthy manner. In consideration of the services, the client waives and releases Oasis K9 Adventures from any and all claims against the company, employees or representatives, except those arising from willful misconduct on the part of oasis K9 Adventures

2.Client agrees to notify Oasis K9 Adventures of any concerns with 24 hours of completion of services. 

3.Client agrees to pay Oasis K9 Adventures the correct amount for service(s) provided in advance or no longer than 48hrs prior to service date.

4.Oasis K9 Adventures shall exercise all precautions against illness, injuries, escapes, loss, accidents and deaths of the clients pet(s). Oasis K9 Adventures is not responsible for illness, injuries, escapes, loss, accidents or death of clients pet(s) unless caused through willful misconduct on the part of Oasis K9 Adventures.

5.Client represents and warrants that pet(s) are currently updated on their vaccinations according to the laws and regulations of B.C. 

6.Oasis K9 Adventures will follow the directions of the veterinarian release form in the case that a pet would become injured or sick. 

7.Client accepts responsibility for any or all medical expenses and other damages resulting in an injury to the walker, other persons or other animal(s) caused by the clients pet.

8.Oasis K9 Adventures reserves the right to keep 50% of the cost of service if the client gives less then 24hr notice prior to service date. 

9.Oasis K9 Adventures reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time if the walker, In his/her sole discretion, determines that the Client's pet(s) poses a danger to the health or safety of itself, other pets, other people or the Pet Sitter. 

10.Oasis K9 Adventures reserves the right to refuse service to any client, at any time, for any reason.

11.This document gives Oasis K9 Adventures and its representatives authorization to enter the Client's listed address as needed to perform agreed upon services.

12.Oasis K9 Adventures will not be held responsible for any damage or malfunction of the lock, keys, or automatic door openers. 

13.Oasis K9 Adventures is not liable for any loss or damage in the event of a burglary or other crime that occur while under this contract. 

14.Client agrees to properly secure the home prior to leaving the premises. Oasis K9 Adventures will re-secure the home to the best of its ability at the end of each visit.

15.In the case of an emergency, inclement weather or a natural disaster, the Client authorizes Oasis K9 Adventures to use reasonable judgment for the care and well being of Client's pet(s) and residence. Oasis K9 Adventures will make reasonable efforts to maintain service during these conditions but reserves the right to adjust the schedule of service based on the sole discretion of the Pet Sitter.

16.Client is responsible for supplying the necessary equipment and supplies needed for the care of their pet(s) including, but not limited to, a sturdy, well-fit harness or collar and leash for walks.

17.Client authorizes the use of pet(s) pictures on website, social media and/or marketing materials for promotional purposes.

18.Client authorizes this contract to be valid approval for services so as to permit Pet Sitting Company to accept all future in person, telephone, online, mail or email reservations and provide services without additional signed contracts or written authorizations

19.The Term of this document apply to all pets owned by the client, including any and all new pets that the customer obtains on or after the date this document was signed.

Payment and cancelation agreement
Oasis K9 Adventures requires all payments for service(s) 7 days prior to service date. Clients can also pay a head of time to hold their spot. If payment has not been paid 7 days prior to service date, you risk loosing your spot for your desired service date. 
In case of a cancellation, Oasis K9 Adventures requires all clients to give 48 hours notice before service date to receive a full refund of service amount. Any cancellations beyond 48 hours of service date will receive a 50% refund of service amount. Payments from cancelled walks can also be used for future walks, as long as the cancellation has been made within 48 hours of service date. 

1.I understand that in order to receive a full refund I must cancel within 24 hours of service date. 
2.I understand that if I cancel with less than 24 hours from service date, I will only receive a 50% refund of service amount. 
3.I understand that payments from cancelled walks can also be used for any future walks, as long as the cancellation has been made within 48 hours of service date. 
4.I understand that I must pay for my service(s) 7 days prior to service date.
5.I understand that if payment has not been paid 7 days prior to service date, I risk loosing my spot for my desired service date. 

Veterinary Release Form
Oasis K9 Adventures requires to complete a veterinarian release form. In the event of an emergency, oasis K9 Adventures will contact the owner, secondary owner or their emergency contact. If no one can be reached within a reasonable time, Oasis K9 Adventures will look for the appropriate medical care for your pet(s). Oasis K9 Adventures will do their very best to take your pet(s) to the veterinarian listed below but in the event that they are not available, Oasis K9 Adventures will bring your pet(s) to the nearest available clinic.

1.In case of an emergency I understand that Oasis K9 Adventures will contact the primary owner, secondary owner and emergency contact to be notified of the emergency. 
2.If no owner, secondary owner or emergency contact can be reached, I authorize oasis K9 Adventures to find the appropriate medical care for my pet(s).
3.I understand that Oasis K9 Adventures will do their very best to take my pet(s) to their veterinarian in the information provided. However I give permission to Oasis K9 Adventures to take my pet(s) to the nearest available clinic.
4.I understand that I will be responsible for payment and or reimbursement for any and all veterinary services provided. 
5.I understand that Oasis K9 Adventures takes no responsibility for any loss, illness. Injuries or death and is released from all liability related to transportation, treatments and expenses. 
6.This agreement is valid from the date below and grants permission for all future veterinary care without additional confirmation each time Oasis K9 Adventures cares for my pet(s).
